Welcome to 13 Travels! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and outline the obligations and rights of both parties. By availing of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
General Terms
By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Our services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking under unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund if applicable.
Payment Policies
All payments must be completed within 7 days of the invoice issuance.
Delayed payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.
Taxes (such as service tax) are applicable as per government regulations and will be added to the total cost.
Additional Charges
Toll tax, parking fees, and any other incidental charges are not included in the base rate and will be charged separately.
Any modifications to the booking (e.g., route changes, extended time) may result in additional fees.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or no-shows will result in 100% of the booking amount being charged.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time and are subject to availability. Any pricing adjustments due to rescheduling will be communicated beforehand.
Customer Conduct
We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward our staff and property.
Misuse, misconduct, or damage caused to our vehicles or property may result in additional charges or termination of services.
Privacy and Data Use
Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We ensure your data is used only for service provision and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
