1. Definitions and Interpretation

“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to 13 Travels Cabs.
“Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. Booking and Services

Cab Rentals: 13 Travels provides car rental and cab booking services operating out of regions including Chandigarh Airport, Mohali, Landran, and surrounding areas.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website are subject to availability and vehicle confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.
Fares and Payments: Cab fares are calculated based on fixed routes, hourly packages, or distance (per-kilometer rates) as agreed upon at the time of booking. Toll taxes, state taxes, parking charges, and night allowances are extra unless explicitly included in your quoted package.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Customer: If you wish to cancel your ride, you must inform us as early as possible prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee depending on the vehicle type and dispatch status.
Cancellations by Company: 13 Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdown, driver emergencies, or government restrictions). In such cases, a full refund of any advance paid will be issued.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your contact details, pick-up/drop-off points, and flight/train timings when booking.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave civilly and lawfully during the ride. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, carrying illegal substances, or harassing the driver is strictly prohibited.
Liability for Damages: Any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by the passenger will result in a repair fee charged directly to the client.
Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. 13 Travels is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items left behind in the vehicle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, 13 Travels and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on 13 Travels. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from 13 Travels for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
